And the Breeder contest prize drawing winner is…

CB_Breeder_coverlgJA Hornbuckle!

Congratulations to JA who won a $10 gift certificate to Starbucks. Thank you JA, and everyone, who visited and commented on my blog this week. You guys are the best! Everyone has been so supportive of the release of my first science fiction erotic romance, Breeder.

Remember the contest for a $50 Amazon gift certificate continues through Oct. 31. Basically it’s this:

  • Write a review of Breeder on Amazon, Goodreads, Loose Id, BN, or ARe.
  • Each review is worth one entry, except for Amazon, which is worth 2 entries
  • Email me the link to your posted review and put BREEDER READER CONTEST in the subject line.
  • The contest ends midnight Oct. 31, 2013.

I woke up this morning to find that Breeder has edged up the Amazon charts again. It ranked at 18 in books/romance/science fiction, 21 in books/romance/fantasy (new high) and 25 in Kindle/romance/science fiction. Overall sales ranking was 4,375, also a new high.

My book promo blitz will begin in earnest next week, but today I’m on Paloma Beck’s blog talking about what it’s like for females living in a man’s world on planet Parseon. Please take a peek at Romance Beckons.

Also, Karla Tipton, a long-time friend interviewed me on her blog about the writing life — how I work, how I got started in writing, etc. Check out The Writing Life.

Breeder Blurb

To secure his legacy, Commander Dak, a ruling Alpha of planet Parseon, purchases Omra, a breeder slave. He intends to impregnate her, produce a son, and hand her off to his anointed beta partner. As Dak and Omra discover a sexual bliss banned by law, he begins to question the traditions and ways of his people, causing him to jeopardize his command and endanger the life of the woman he has come to love.

Breeder contains M/F and M/M sexual practices and domestic discipline.
