New accolades: best spanking fiction of 2013!

I’m thrilled and humbled to announce that three of my spanking fiction books have been honored by readers, reviewers and my publisher. One is contemporary fiction, one is a paranormal, and one is science fiction romance.

Congrats Cara. Sounds like you had quite a year.

I’ve actually been emailing with someone that has won multi-awards! And, I cannot help but give my own accolades on top of theirs (…although, mine don’t quite equal the notoriety, do they?)
Suffice it to say, I’m dead chuffed with your success, sweet Cara. (…see? I remember my British-speak from my time in Leicester!). And wish you much more success.
(Switching back to the American vernacular…) “You fucking go, girl!”
I cannot WAIT to see what you have next in the hopper.

Congrats Cara! I just loved Body Politics. I devoured the entire Rod and Cane series. (My personal fav. was Faults Pretense. Loved Jinx). These books were in my top 10 books read in 2013! (and I’ve read a lot of them) When is R&C #4 coming out?

I, to, live in the midwest and we are in an arctic freeze mode here to. BRRRR.

    • Cara Bristol says:

Disciplinary Measures is R/C 4 and it’s available now on Amazon. I plan to finish writing R/C 5 this spring. It will be Liz Davenport’s story. So glad you liked Jinx! I love him. False Pretenses is such a pivotal book in the series–it changes everything for the Rod and Cane Society. And its heroine, Emma, is the most like me of all my characters.

      • Jule Kijek says:

I have read Disciplinary Measures. I thought it was 3.5 in the series due to its shorter length. Loved that one to. I was so HAPPY to hear that Liz’s story will be next. Ya just gotta love a woman who’s nickname is ” The B!tch with Balls”. Laughed my head off the first time I read that one.

        • Cara Bristol says:

Yes – Loose Id at first called it 3.5, but I’ve always thought of it as 4.0. The next one (I think!) will be 5.0.

  4. Patty Devlin says:

More, more, more! I assume you saw my comments suggesting that I should be the lucky recipient of this “early” prize… hmmm?

  5. S.J. Maylee says:

I saw Breeder on the staff pick list. I was all like, “Woot, wooot.”:D Congratulations, Cara. They’re all very well deserved.
