The Goddess’s Curse: In search of a barbarian

It’s stock photo share time! In searching for inspiration photos of the hero of The Goddess’s Curse,  my next fantasy sci-fi romance, I used the key word, “barbarian.” Here are some results:

Ripped in all the right places

If barbarians wore fur inspired by denim…

Dragon slayer? I think not.

What the hell is that on her head?

I’m just a barbarian Highlander about to break into an aria

Why does this remind me of ballet? (Photo title is “Hot Laird”)

Titled “Cute caveman with a girl.” So why is she’s the one wearing animal print?

Stay tuned for more info about The Goddess’s Curse. I should have a blurb and a cover to share soon. If you’d like to notified when the novel comes out, sign up to receive my New Release Newsletter. It comes with a no-spam promise–you will only receive an email when I have a new book out–approximately 4-6 times per year.

I’m dying to show it! I have the draft. Just waiting on the final. I’m hoping to make the big reveal in my inaugural new release newsletter, then later on my blog.

Clearly this is an opportunity for models to shine and an underserved niche, ha! Gah!

Those were great. So should we expect the lady with the UFO on her head or the extra tan guy in denim and fur? That guy was fierce in the first pic! LOL

    • Cara Bristol says:

The guy in the first photo has potential. The others? Not so much. You have to wonder, what was the photographer thinking? Does he/she think these are salable?

  4. Laurel Lasky says:

    Wonderful photos! lmao
