#SatSpanks: From Correcting the Coeds…a lesson in applying oneself

Coming Soon Teaser

A short excerpt from Educating His Bride, my story in Correcting the Coeds, a 1950s spanking romance collection to release TUESDAY, Aug. 18. College student Margaret did not do well on on English assignment and has been called to the professor’s office….

“I’m sorry I have to punish you, but you promised to do better. You made a commitment. That was four.”

Margaret sucked back the tears. “Maybe I didn’t break a promise. Maybe I’m not smart enough.”

“I don’t believe that about you for an instant. You didn’t do well because you didn’t apply yourself.”

He applied himself with another stroke that got Margaret dancing on tiptoes in an attempt to alleviate the burn.

Correcting the Coeds - Final Small 200x300Educating His Bride blurb

Never much interested in her studies, Margaret Atwater attends college hoping to graduate with an Mrs. degree instead of a bachelor’s. When she catches the eye of English Professor Henry Thurston, she’s thrilled to marry him, drop out of school, and begin a new life as a married woman and faculty wife. However, Henry is a kinky man who has much to teach his eager young bride—in, and out, of the bedroom. As Mrs. Henry Thurston, Margaret’s education has just begun.

  1. Meredith O'Reilly says:

It sounds like that she deserved this punishment. He gave her multiple chances to do better, but she refused to. She should also get a couple of extra smacks for basically calling herself stupid.

  2. So that’s what I did wrong in college. I applied myself. If I hadn’t, maybe I would have earned an MRS from Henry Thurston instead of an MSN with plantar fasciitis LOL. Great snippet, Cara, this one sounds fun.

  3. PK Corey says:

I like this time period in spanking history – it just seems so right. This sound like something right up my alley.

  4. Yeah, he gave her a chance to apply herself, so now he gets to apply himself. Great snippet, Cara.

  5. Aubrey Cara says:

He’s quite the taskmaster. Learning through spanking seems the way to go!

  6. Hmm… can’t wait to find out if she’s really smart enough, or not? 😉

  7. Jaye Peaches says:

Like it how she throws out excuses, but nothing is stopping him. A hard taskmaster and probably what she needs.

  8. Looking forward to this whole set! Congrats on the upcoming release.

  9. Angelica Dawson says:

Tough love. I’m sure she will do better next time.

  10. I loved this scene! Excited for the release!

  11. Why do I suspect Margaret will try to apply herself more ‘thoroughly’ to each and every task in the future 😉
