A free #spanking with the Jan. 13 launch of Reasonable Doubts?

CaraBristol_RandCSociety_ReasonableDoubts_400x600I wish I could give everyone a spanking who wanted one, but I can offer membership in the Rod and Cane Society, a fictitious organization of spankos and the setting for Reasonable Doubts.

Tuesday, January, 13, Reasonable Doubts, the next Rod and Cane Society romance, will release on Amazon, Barnes & Noble and All Romance ebooks.

Readers who visit and comment on one of my Reasonable Doubts virtual book tour stops will receive a Rod and Cane Society crimson membership card. Just leave your email address in the body of the comment, and I’ll contact you to get your mailing address. This is not a drawing, but a prize giveaway for everyone — while supplies last.

What benefits will membership get you? For now, entries into future contests. Save your cards, because there will be special prize drawings for Rod and Cane Society members and you’ll need it to participate.

But wait, there’s more! Several scenes in the Reasonable Doubts occur in a coffee shop so I’ll be giving away Rod and Cane coffee mugs too! Blog tour commenters will be entered into a drawing for one  of several coffee mugs. Each time you visit a blog and comment with your email address, you’ll receive one prize drawing entry. Comments on multiple blogs earn you multiple entries. All the blogs are different so you won’t be reading the same stuff over and over.

The Rod and Cane Society is a series of novels and novellas in which the main characters belong to an organization of men and women who spank. All the books are written to be read as stand-alones.

Reasonable Doubts blurb

Widow Liz Davenport assumes when she begins to date, her new man will be like her late husband–a member of the Rod and Cane Society and an experienced disciplinarian who can provide her with loving guidance she requires to feel grounded and secure. So why is she attracted to Grant Davis, an ex-Naval  JAG officer who works for her nemesis and has never spanked a woman in his life?

Events in his recent past have forced Grant to take stock of his life and try some new things. But spank a woman? He’s never considered that before, but with Liz’s coaching he’s willing to try.

But when the past collides with the present, will he be able to step up and become the disciplinarian Liz needs?

I did early review on goodreads.

  2. Love this!

How about some R&C temp tattoos? 🙂

Hmm. I like the blurb, especially this part – ‘Events in his recent past have forced Grant to take stock of his life and try some new things. But spank a woman? He’s never considered that before, but with Liz’s coaching he’s willing to try’. It should be fascinating to read how Grant overcomes his reluctance to spanking a woman.
